With over 13 years of psychosocial care and program leadership experience, Taryn is highly skilled in conflict resolution, communication strategies, patient experience, community outreach, multimodal education, resource development, and quality improvement. For more than 6 years, Taryn built programming to support grieving individuals after their loved one died in the hospital setting, even in tense scenarios regarding medical errors.
