Brian brings over a decade of hands-on experience supporting healthcare, financial, and professional-services organizations with reliable IT infrastructure and thoughtful cybersecurity solutions. At Cara Cook Consulting, he focuses on systems administration and IT improvement initiatives that keep our consultants—and our clients—productive, secure, and connected.

  • Proficient with Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Hyper-V, and file/print services.

  • Skilled in managing hybrid and cloud-based infrastructures using Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and Intune endpoint management.

  • Experienced with web hosting and server management on Ubuntu Linux, including NGINX/Apache and SSL configuration.

  • Supported projects on Microsoft Azure and AWS, including identity, storage, and virtual networking components.
